The gymnasium on the Brainerd campus seats more than 1,000 and is home to Raider volleyball and basketball programs which are perennial powers in the Minnesota College Athletic Conference. Championship-caliber competition gives Raider fans the high-energy excitement that is a trademark of the young men and women whose teams compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association.Enhanced by landscaping students at CLC, the Raider baseball field is well-maintained by the college grounds-keeping staff which takes pride in the Findorff Athletic Complex. A hillside fan deck offers excellent sight lines to the action and aluminum bleachers are easily accessed by the flora-adorned, asphalt walkway.

The supervised Raider exercise facilities are open to all students and offer a variety of tools for physical activity such as strength building.

The Raider fast-pitch softball field at the Findorff Athletic Complex lies in a wind-sheltered pocket, constructed to collegiate specifications amid pine trees. Essential materials were donated by friends in the business community.

The Paul C. Findorff Athletic Complex north of the Brainerd campus on College Drive features the home fields for Raider football, baseball, and softball, complete with ample parking and manicured grounds maintained by a dedicated grounds-keeping team. CLC’s Horticulture program students have enhanced the site with creations from the Landscape Technology lab. Paul C. Findorff was an instructor at the Brainerd campus. In his memory, the family donated funds that not only produced the athletic complex but also sustain a scholarship to the Outstanding CLC Business Student each year.
